For small to medium conferences seeking advanced virtual conference tools. Professional licenses have a maximum of 60 submissions.
To upgrade your free license to a professional, you should
- Select the menu tabs "Conference" -> "License management"
- Press the button "Upgrade your license"
Professional licenses are pay-as-you-go licenses, where you pay for the actual number of submissions.
Pay-as-you-go licenses can only be paid by credit cards.
If you select a professional license, you will have to pay the minimum charge for 20 submissions initially. After that, if you exceed 20 submissions, your card will be charged one or more times. We will charge your card automatically and send you an advance warning before we charge it.
If you exceed the professional license limit of 60 submissions, your license will have to be upgraded to executive. Your card will be charged, again with an advance warning.
