This paper delves into the realm of intelligent healthcare documentation, focusing on the utilization of GPT-based systems for dynamic record-keeping. Leveraging the transformative capabilities of OpenAI's Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT) models, this study explores the potential of these systems to revolutionize the way healthcare professionals manage patient records.  
The introduction provides a comprehensive overview of the challenges faced in traditional healthcare documentation practices and introduces the concept of dynamic record-keeping powered by GPT-based systems.
