Abstract

This study explores the multifaceted impacts of internet banking on various aspects of financial inclusion, including access to banking services, affordability, convenience, and usage. By leveraging the accessibility and scalability of digital platforms, internet banking has the potential to reach underserved populations, such as rural communities and low-income individuals, who have traditionally been excluded from the formal financial system. Furthermore, this paper examines how internet banking facilitates greater financial literacy and empowerment by providing users with access to information, educational resources, and personalized financial management tools. Through case studies and empirical analysis, it illustrates how internet banking initiatives have contributed to economic expansion, job creation, and poverty alleviation in both developed and developing economies.
