Abstract

This study examines the interplay between self-efficacy, stress coping mechanisms, and productivity in Latin American industrial sales environments. Drawing on a sample of sales professionals from various industries across Latin America, data was collected through surveys and analyzed using statistical methods. The results indicate a significant relationship between selfefficacy and productivity, suggesting that individuals with higher levels of self-efficacy tend to exhibit greater productivity in industrial sales roles. Additionally, the study explores various stress coping mechanisms employed by sales professionals and their impact on productivity. Understanding these dynamics is crucial for organizations operating in Latin American markets to effectively support their sales teams and enhance overall performance.
