The article summarizes the methods of the evaluation of innovative projects and identifies their advantages and disadvantages. It reveals the peculiarities of the evaluation of innovative projects implemented by technology parks. It proposes to calculate a profitability index which compares the present value of future cash flows with initial investments, what gives a possibility to calculate the integral effect of innovative project implementation. It presents the calculation of the expediency of the innovation project implementation by a technopark.
