The report presents the author's vision of changing social communications during the COVID-19 pandemic. The content and structure of social communications on the basis of structural functionalism and the theory of "life world" are revealed.

The changes in social communications in the informational society are analyzed, the main characteristics and problems of modern socio-virtual relations in Ukrainian society are revealed.
