The main purpose of this study is to present someresults related to Meir-Keeler Theorem. Beside the existence anduniqueness results (which are well-known) we will give severalstability properties (data dependence, well-posedness in sense ofTykhonov, Ulam-Hyers stability and Ostrowski stability property)of the fixed point equation.
