![]() Title:Uma Proposta de Modelo de Gerenciamento Do Ciclo de Vida de Sistemas CiberfíSicos Inteligentes Baseado No Modelo de ReferêNcia RAMI 4.0 E Em DataSpaces Conference:SBAI-SBSE-2025 Tags:Asset Administration Shell - AAS, Data-driven, Life Cycle Management, RAMI 4.0 and Smart CPS Abstract: The adoption of the Industry 4.0 model demands increasingly agile and adaptable manufacturing systems, requiring higher levels of autonomy and intelligence from the Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) on the factory floor. However, managing the lifecycle phases of these systems (their entrance, modifications, and leaving of them from the company's overall manufacturing system) faces a sort of automation, integration, interoperability, and scalability challenges. That management is nowadays essentially performed manually and offline, resulting in several errors and slowness in updating the architecture/control and planning systems. In order to contribute to the mitigation of such problems, this article presents a proposal for a lifecycle management model based on a plug-play-unplug view. The proposal is based on the Industry 4.0 RAMI 4.0 reference model, and on the Dataspaces approach for data integration and sharing. A prototype has been implemented, and its results are discussed at the end.
