However, despite these impressive advances, one crucial aspect is often overlooked: the environmental sustainability of smart health systems. While modern technologies bring significant improvements in the management of health and the efficiency of smart hospitals, their ecological impact and contribution to resource sustainability are not sufficiently addressed. This article will not only examine the benefits of AI and big data in health, but will also highlight the need to raise environmental awareness. Exploring how to integrate sustainable practices into the design and implementation of smart health systems, it highlights the importance of balancing technological innovation and ecological responsibility to ensure a smart, sustainable future.
