It is our great honor and pleasure to extend a warm invitation to you for submitting your paper/article to 2026 16th International Conference on System Engineering and Technology (ICSET), which is scheduled on 3-4 November 2026 and takes place in Bandung, Indonesia. The International Conference on System Engineering and Technology (ICSET) is an annual international series of conferences organized by Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) and Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM). ICSET2026 invites researchers, scientists, students, lecturers, and technologists from some of the top companies, universities, research firms, and government agencies from around the world.

The acceptance decisions will take into account paper novelty, technical depth, elegance, practical or theoretical impact, and presentation. Accepted papers will be submitted for possible inclusion into IEEE Xplore® subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

ICSET2026 will be held as a Hybrid Conference.

Submission Guidelines

Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers of 4-6 pages (including tables, figures, and references) in standard IEEE double-column format. Please submit your paper via Easychair.

All paper submissions will be checked for originality. All submitted papers are subjected to a blind peer review process by 2-3 reviewers. The decision of paper acceptance is based on the average score and comments given by the reviewers. Accepted papers must be revised according to the reviewers’ comments and suggestions before inclusion in the conference proceedings.

All accepted papers will be invited to give oral presentation at the conference. Please take note that IEEE has a STRICT policy on no-shows. Therefore, if your paper is accepted, one of the authors and their representatives MUST PRESENT their paper at the conference either in person. Papers with NO SHOW participants will not be submitted to IEEExplore.
