Digital Agriculture and Economic Transformation is an edited volume that explores how emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, IoT, and blockchain are reshaping agricultural systems and driving economic development. Organized across five sections, the book covers conceptual foundations, farm-level technological transformation, digital markets and value chains, rural and social dimensions, and policy and governance frameworks. It brings together interdisciplinary insights to examine how digitalization enhances productivity, financial inclusion, sustainability, and resilience in agriculture, while also addressing challenges such as inequality, infrastructure gaps, and adoption barriers. The volume aims to provide a holistic understanding of the role of digital innovation in transforming global agriculture and fostering inclusive economic growth.
