WDTAI '24 (3st Workshop on Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence) is a forum where digital transformation is discussed, specially related to Artificial Intelligence. Digital Transformation (DT) involves strategically leveraging digital technologies to revolutionize and improve current processes, especially in business, government entities, NGOs, and various organizational settings. While technologies such as RPA and blockchain are integral to this transformative journey, our primary focus centers on the paramount importance of Artificial Intelligence (AI). It is crucial to evaluate the impact of AI and meticulously analyze the methodologies utilized in its management. Recognizing the unique contributions of Generative AI and Blockchain within this context is essential for unlocking unparalleled innovation and efficiency in the digital landscape.
