Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit an unpublished original work that must not have been submitted to another conference, workshop, or journal. All papers will be peer-reviewed by members of the Program Committee and be evaluated for originality, significance of the contribution, technical correctness, and presentation.

Authors are encouraged to use conference proceedings format manuscripts. They can download the template at Full paper Template and/or Abstract Paper Template. the paper should be written and presented only in English. All submissions should pass a double-blind review and will be reviewed for technical merit and content for acceptance.
