Submission Guidelines
The following paper categories are welcome:
- Abstracts addressing a topic at the intersection of philosophy and neuroscience.
Extended abstract that is 250-800 words (footnotes, bibliography, and figures not included).
Each abstract must include a word count in the main text file. Please remove all self-references to permit anonymous review.
Presentations should be no more than 25 minutes.
Although submissions for philosophy and neuroscience are handled separately, SPAN 2025 will feature joint sessions including both philosophers and neuroscientists.
Selections will be based on quality, relevance to issues at the intersection of philosophy and neuroscience, topics in neuroscience relevant to philosophical inquiry, and other program considerations. We may consider your paper to be presented during our poster session.
