Institute of Management and Information Science (IMIS) Bhubaneswar will organize a two-day International Conference on "Reimagine, Reinvent, Recycle: Exploring Inclusive and Sustainable Growth through Business Innovation" from 23 February 2024 to 24 February 2024 in hybrid mode.
IMIS, ranked among the top 80 B-Schools in India, has firmly established itself as a leading institution and over the past decade, has garnered a distinguished reputation in the field of management education in the country. As an autonomous institution, IMIS continuously strives to forge its path, offering flexibility to incorporate the latest advancements in various business management studies. In line with this ethos, the upcoming conference aims to unite thought leaders, entrepreneurs, academics, research scholars, and industry professionals to explore innovative business approaches for inclusive growth. It also seeks to address global challenges such as climate change, social inequality, and resource scarcity.
The primary objective of the conference "Reimagine, Reinvent, Recycle (RRR2024)" is to provide a platform for thought leaders, entrepreneurs, academics, and industry professionals to come together and explore innovative approaches to achieving inclusive and sustainable growth through business innovation. The conference also aims to develop a deeper understanding of the critical role that businesses play in addressing global challenges such as climate change, social inequality, and resource scarcity. Through insightful talks, discussions, and presentations, participants will gain valuable insights into how to drive positive change in their organizations and communities. Moreover, by bringing together this diverse group of participants, the conference aims to create a dynamic and inclusive environment for learning, collaboration, and innovation, ultimately contributing to a more sustainable and equitable future for businesses and society as a whole.

Call for Papers
Original unpublished research papers based on theoretical or empirical works related to but not limited to the below-mentioned conference tracks are solicited for a presentation from faculty members, research scholars, professionals, and others from various institutions and organizations across all domains:

Kindly note all full papers will be sent for blind peer reviewing. Final selection will be made only if the papers are recommended for publication by the reviewers.
Submission Guidelines
To ensure a high-quality and relevant program, we have established the following eligibility criteria and author guidelines for abstract submissions:
- The title of the paper should be self-explanatory.
- All the authors' designations, affiliations, sequencing, orcid ID, email, contact number, and mailing address should be mentioned in the paper.
- Manuscript should be of 1500-3000 words, excluding supplemental material such as tables, graphs & appendices.
- Abstract must include (a) Introduction and Research Problem, (b) Literature Review, (c) Research Gap, (d) Objectives of the Study, (e) Research Methodology, (f) Findings of the Study, (g) Discussion and Implications of the Study with 3-5 key words.
- Heading levels must be clear, and the sections clearly defined.
- Supplemental material used in the paper must be titled and numbered sequentially. There should be an indication of the source of the table which must be mentioned below the material.
- All text must be typed in Times New Roman (Font size 12) with a spacing of 1.5 between lines and 1-inch margins on all the sides of A4 size paper and justified
- The entire paper (title, abstract, keywords, main text, figures, tables, references, etc.) must be in ONE document created in M S WORD (compatible mode).
- When citing supplemental material such as a table or a figure in text, refer to it by its number, such as “Table 3” or “Figure 2.” Do not refer to it by its position relative to the text (e.g., “the figure below”) or page number.
- References should be arranged alphabetically and per the latest APA (American Psychological Association) Guidelines 7th edition (https://apastyle.apa.org/ ). All works cited in the text are to be included in the References section.
- All the intext references should be mentioned at last in the references section
- Submitted papers must not have been previously presented, published, or accepted for publication anywhere.
- Submissions will be summarily rejected if the similarity with other published sources is more than 10-15%. Authors are advised to use any reliable plagiarism software to check the similarity index of their research papers before submission.
- Footnotes should be avoided.
- Submission of a paper implies that should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will register and present the paper at the Conference.
- In case of full papers each manuscript should be organized in the following order:
- Introduction
- Literature Review
- Objectives of the Study
- Research Methodology
- Findings and Analysis
- Conclusions or Discussion
- Implications of the Study
- References
- Appendices (wherever applicable)
Extended abstracts should include the following:
- Purpose (maximum 100 words)
- Design /Methodology (maximum 100 words)
- Findings (maximum 100 words)
- Research Implications (maximum 100 words)
- Originality (maximum 100 words)
