ISCON2023: 2023 6th International Conference on Information Systems and Computer Networks
(ISCON) is the 11th conference in sequence on Information Systems & Computer Networks (ISCON - 2023) is a forum in which deliberations will be held on various topics pertaining to Information Systems and Computer Networks. Information Systems address the challenges for the gathering, processing, storing, distributing and use of information, and its associated technologies, for society and organizations. The computer network is an emerging domain and a basis for a wide variety of research covering various kinds of networks like distributed networks, ad-hoc networks, sensor networks, content-centric networks, grid computing, peer-to-peer networks, different wireless networks, etc. The network domain has generated challenges for transmission of various data formats in a secure form, making technology available for real-time data exchange and so on. Up-to-date, complete and accurate information has now become a necessity to survive in an increasingly competitive world. Modern organizations become more and more dependent on information systems to deal with the complexity and changeability of the modern system. An information system is essentially made up of five components hardware, software, database, network and people. These five components integrate to perform input, process, output, feedback and control. The hardware consists of input/output devices, processors, operating systems and media devices. Internet of Things (IoT) consists of emerging technologies to communicate between software/hardware components. Innovative wireless communication and data networking technologies are required to support IoT technologies. For smaller size and improved performance, the whole System is required to be implemented as a system on chip (SOC), which requires the integration of transmitter, receiver, antenna, filters, power supply and peripheral devices integrated on a single chip as SOC. SOCs are required to be implemented with state-of-the-art VLSI and signal processing technologies.
Submission Guidelines
- All submissions must be in English only.
- Authors are invited to submit the full paper as a PDF using the IEEE templates. Paper drafts must be prepared in English with a maximum of six (6) printed pages in IEEE format (10-point font, double-column and A4) including figures, tables and references. The conference reserves the right to refrain from reviewing papers that are significantly longer than 6 pages.
- Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit papers electronically to ISCON 2021 through Easy Chair. For submission of the paper, at least one of the Authors of the paper should be a registered user of Easy Chair. Unregistered authors should first create an account on Easy Chair.
- The review process for this conference is BLINDED, which means Authors and Reviewers are restricted from seeing each other's identities. Therefore, the Authors are instructed not to mention the name & affiliation in the manuscript anywhere being submitted for review. The author's name & affiliation details may be included at the time of CAMERA READY Manuscript submission after paper acceptance.
- The maximum no. of words allowed in the abstract is 250 words and at least 5 keywords are also required.
- The authors are advised to select only one (i.e. the most suitable) track out of 10 mentioned tracks on the submission page for their submission at the time of submitting the manuscript through Easy Chair.
- All papers submitted to ISCON 2021 will be checked for plagiarism according to IEEE guidelines. If found free of plagiarism, it will be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on NOVELTY, Presentation, Correctness and Relevance to the conference. In case of minor plagiarism, the authors will be asked to rewrite the paper. In other cases, the paper will be immediately rejected.
- The acceptance of papers along with referees’ comments will be communicated to authors by email. Authors are required to incorporate the comments received in the CAMERA-READY PAPER before final submission.
- All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
