About ICMITE 2025

2025 IEEE 4th International Conference on Mechatronics and Intelligent Transportation Engineering (ICMITE 2025) will be held in Wuhan, China during Oct. 31st-Nov. 2nd, 2025, hosted by Hubei Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Society, Hubei University of Technology and Hubei Zhongke Institute of Geology and Environment Technology.

ICMITE 2025 aims to provide a platform for scholars, experts, researchers, and technicians in the fields of mechatronics and intelligent transportation engineering to exchange knowledge, share scientific research findings, create business relationships and international cooperative partnerships. We look forward to your participation and contributions to ICMITE 2025!

Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements, and also submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines

1. Abstract Submission(for oral or poster presentation only)

For attendees who are interested in submitting an abstract only for an oral or poster presentation without publications.

2. Full Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished papers in English on their research relevant to the conference topics and theme. Submission of any manuscript that contains redundant or duplicate publication of the same or very similar research work violates the policies of recommendation and publication will be rejected.

• Each paper should be at least 4 pages in length, including all figures, tables, and references.
• For each accepted paper, at least one of the authors needs to register for the conference and present the paperat the conference physically or online. This is mandatory for including the paper in the proceedings.
• No strict typesetting is required before your initial submission but please refer to the IEEE Full paper template for basic layout and format.
