The 19th International Conference on Advanced Computer Theory and Engineering (ICACTE 2026) is scheduled to take place in Hangzhou, China during August 21-23, 2026. Since its inception in 2008, ICACTE has been held in various locations across the globe, including Germany, Singapore, South Korea, and China. Each edition attracts participants from all over the world, providing them with an opportunity to collaborate and network.
Co-sponsored by IEEE and Hangzhou Dianzi University, China, hosted by School of Computer, Hangzhou Dianzi University, China; assisted by by Hangzhou International Innovation Institute of Beihang University, China, Anhui Jianzhu University, China and Nanjing Xiaozhuang University.
Submission Guidelines
Submission Requirements
1). Language
English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.
2). Submission Types
* Abstract submission for presentation only without publication.
* Full paper submission for both presentation and publication.
3). Paper Length
Each full paper should be no less than four full pages, including all figures, tables, and references. If the length of the full paper exceeds SIX pages, the cost of each extra page is 60 USD / 400 RMB / page.

Submitted papers will be peer reviewed by program committees and technical committee, and accepted papers will be published into conference proceedings by IEEE after registration and presentation. The proceedings will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore and indexed by Ei Compendex & Scopus.
