Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
Authors are requested to submit short papers outlining the relevance and the originality of their works.
Authors of accepted papers will be invited to present their research work at the Conference by oral or poster presentations.
You are invited to submit 2-page short paper to EPNC 2026. The short paper should be a PDF format and should follow exactly the format outlined in the following template file.

Publication
The extended version of selected papers will be published in a Special Issue of COMPEL ‘The International Journal for Computation and Mathematics in Electrical and Electronic Engineering’ Emerald, Bradford; the Archives of Electrical Engineering (AEE) journal. The authors of accepted papers are invited to submit their extended papers by July 01, 2026.
Up to 30 papers in their extended version, prepared according to COMPEL editorial rules will be included in a Special Issue of COMPEL. Furthermore 20 papers will be published in the AEE journal. The extended versions will be subject to additional reviewing process.
