The aim of the DSAI 2023 conference is to contribute to the growth of data science and artificial intelligence knowledge in developing countries. DSAI 2023 provides a platform for researchers and practitioners from developed and developing countries to share their knowledge and expertise on data science and artificial intelligence and discuss the latest development in the field, so to build capacity and improve the understanding of data science and AI. The DSAI 2023 conference brings together researchers from different countries providing an opportunity to foster the development of partnerships and collaboration. By raising awareness and interest directly in the local community, the DSAI 2023 conference aims to stimulate and help the development of data science and artificial intelligence research and application in these countries.

Publication
DSAI 2023 proceedings will be published in as a volume in Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) by Springer.
Submission Guidelines
Submissions must adhere to the LNCS/CCIS one-column page format. Papers should not exceed 13 pages (excluding a bibliography of a maximum of 2 pages). Submissions must not have been published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere. All submissions will be judged on the basis of originality, contribution to the field, technical and presentation quality, and relevance to the conference. Each paper submission will be reviewed by at least three members of the Program Committee, who will also evaluate and select the best paper award winner.
All contributions to DSAI 2023 have to be submitted electronically in PDF format via Easy Chair. Authors should consult Springer’s Instructions for Authors of Proceedings and use either the LaTeX or the Word templates provided on the authors’ page for the preparation of their papers. Authors are encouraged to include their ORCIDs in their papers.
One author of each accepted paper must attend the conference to present it, having paid the regular registration fee.
