Submission Guidelines

Paper Format: Papers should strictly adhere to the Conference formatting guidelines using the templates available at http://tinyurl.com/yvz4ncnb. Paper submission can be done through EasyChair or mail to following mention ID in contact information.

All Papers submitted to the conference should be written in English with the maximum paper length of Eight (8) printed pages. Standard IEEE conference templates for Word is available at the following link: 

All the papers will be blind reviewed by a review committee with respect to their quality, originality, and relevance. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings provided at least one of the authors will register and present the paper.  All rights of publication of papers presented in the conference shall rest with the Conference Organizers.

ConvergenceX 2024: Author Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in submitting your work to ConvergenceX: Uniting the World through IoT and AI Innovation. We welcome authors and researchers to contribute to our conference and be a part of the collaborative effort to advance IoT and AI knowledge. To ensure a smooth submission and review process, please adhere to the following author guidelines:

1. Topics of Interest:

• IoT (Internet of Things) applications, platforms, and frameworks.
• AI (Artificial Intelligence) algorithms, models, and applications in IoT.
• Edge computing and cloud computing for IoT and AI.
• Data analytics and machine learning in IoT and AI systems.
• Security, privacy, and trust in IoT and AI.
• Smart cities, transportation, and infrastructure with IoT and AI.
• Healthcare, agriculture, and industry 4.0 applications of IoT and AI.
• Ethical considerations in the development and deployment of IoT and AI technologies.

2. Paper Submission:

• Authors are required to submit original and unpublished work in English.
• Submissions should be in PDF format and follow the provided conference paper template.
• Paper Template: Papers should strictly adhere to the IEEE Conference formatting guidelines using the templates available at http://tinyurl.com/yvz4ncnb
• All submissions must be made through the official conference submission system before the specified deadline.

3. Review Process:

• Submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by the conference program committee.
• Reviewers will evaluate the papers based on their originality, technical soundness, relevance to the conference theme, and clarity of presentation.
• Authors will receive feedback and may be required to make revisions before final acceptance.

4. Presentation Format:

• Authors of accepted papers will have the opportunity to present their work during the conference.
• Presentations should be clear, engaging, and suitable for a diverse audience.
• Each presentation will be allocated a specific time slot, which will be communicated to authors in advance.

5. Copyright and Publication:

• Authors of accepted papers must sign a copyright transfer agreement, granting the conference the right to publish their work in conference proceedings.
• Conference proceedings will be made available to all attendees, and selected papers may be published in reputable journals or other publications.

6. Registration and Attendance:

• At least one author of each accepted paper must register and attend the conference to present their work.
• Registration details and deadlines will be provided on the conference website.

7. Important Dates:

• Abstract Submission Deadline:-05 March 2024
• Paper Submission Deadline: 25 March  2024
• Notification of Acceptance: As per received from Reviewer or before 31 March 2024.
• Camera-Ready Paper Submission:05 April  2024
• Early Bird Registration:- 05 April 2024
• Conference Dates: 19-20 April 2024
