Submission Guidelines
Submission System
AMICT 2026 uses EasyChair to handle the submission and reviewing process. When submitting your manuscript, please make sure that you fulfill all the requirements.
Formatting and Language Guidelines
Please prepare your manuscripts according to the IEEE conference paper format. The manuscript should be 4 to 6 pages long. The technical team reserves the right to DESK-REJECT any documents that exceed the 6-page limit or do not follow the paper’s format. Papers should include full-colour figures throughout, and we encourage authors to showcase their work with annotated, well-described, large and detailed graphics. We also appreciate high-quality submissions with correct English spelling and grammar. Poorly written manuscripts may result in DESK-REJECT.
Review Process
Your submission will be double-blind reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. To facilitate the paper's double-blind review process, authors should make efforts to ensure that information about the authors' identities DO NOT appear anywhere in the text body of the paper for the initial submission, including the Acknowledgement section. The technical team reserves the right to DESK-REJECT a paper that does not fit within the scope of the conference.
Originality & Reuse of Text
Concurrent submissions (i.e., having the same or similar paper concurrently under review at another conference or journal/magazine) are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. If it is determined that an identical or substantially similar manuscript is simultaneously under consideration at another publication venue or forum (e.g., conference, journal, or edited book), the manuscript will be subjected to DESK-REJECT at an early stage in the review process. We strongly advise against submitting your manuscript to preprints.
Similarity Rate
IEEE policy mandates a plagiarism detection process for all submissions to its journals and conference proceedings. AMICT uses the Turnitin portal to check for the similarity index. Please ensure that the overall similarity score of your final paper is LESS THAN 30%, and no individual source has more than 10% similarity. In line with IEEE regulations, any paper with a similarity score of more than 30% will be excluded and will not be included for presentation or publication at AMICT.
No-Show Policy
Please take note that IEEE has a strict policy on no-shows. Therefore, if your paper is accepted, one of the authors OR their representatives MUST PRESENT their paper at the conference. Papers with no show participants without a valid reason will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore. NO REFUND of the paid fees may be claimed by the no-show author.
